This stove is everything we wanted for our home! Great quality in the construction as well as the beautiful design that lets the flicker of the flames be seen by the glass on all the sides! There were issues in the shipping that when the stove arrived it was damaged. We contacted the seller who immediately contacted the shipping company to get a replacement stove shipped back out to us. Every time I would email him no matter what time it was in Turkey, I always received a quick response. He worked diligently to get the issue resolved! I have to say this is the best customer service we have received! We now have our stove, gorgeous as the pictures display!! This gentleman is a delight to work with! He definitely goes above and beyond for the craftsmanship and keeping his word! Thanks again!

I’m reside in the U.S., a rural area of Georgia and wanted to have an alternative to heating and cooking with all the blackouts and energy challenges. I was looking for a fireplace stove for at least six months but never found anything I liked. Also I tried Etsy, eBay and Amazon. I was a tad bit nervous about it coming from another country but I’ve traveled the world so I took a chance. And so happy that I did! the customer service was amazing. I received the stove in record time much much sooner than anticipated. It traveled well. First of all it’s absolutely beautifully made and its a super solid structure. The craftsmanship is amazing, it’s so detail. It will be the center piece of my family room. I have not connected it yet but I so look forward to it. I highly highly recommend turkishbox!
